Pricing questions, answered.

Is there really no credit card needed to start?+
Correct. You can sign up for the Starter plan (free forever, up to 25 employees) or start a 14-day Growth trial — both with no credit card required. We only ask for payment details if you want to continue on a paid plan after the trial.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your data is always yours. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export everything — employees, compliance reports, and analytics data. After 30 days, your account and data are permanently deleted. We will never hold your data hostage.
Can I switch between plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no penalties for changing plan.
How does the annual discount work?+
When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 12 — that's a 20% saving. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment. You can switch to annual billing at any time from your account settings.
Do all plans include EU compliance tools?+
Yes. Every plan — including the free Starter plan — includes our EU Pay Transparency checklist. The Growth and Enterprise plans include the full automation: pay gap reports, employee pay portals, and audit-ready exports. We don't lock EU compliance behind expensive add-ons.
What if I have more than 250 employees?+
The Growth plan supports up to 250 employees. If you have more, please talk to our sales team about the Enterprise plan — we'll build a custom package around your headcount, countries, and specific requirements.
