How we got here

The RisoraHR founding team did not start with a compliance problem. They started with decades of experience inside HR software — as implementers, product leaders, and HR practitioners — watching organisations spend millions on platforms that were too rigid to evolve, too complex for the teams using them, and too slow to respond when the industry or the law changed.
